Most loans are funded at interest rates from 9.5% to 10.5% plus points, property inspection fee, and third party costs and fees. Financially strong borrowers with Class A properties may qualify for an interest rate of 8.5%.
Loans can be funded within 30 days from receiving a complete loan packet. Many loans are funded without the requirement of a new appraisal.
